As a Digital and Social Media Manager at Cricket Wireless, I develop and drive the brand’s national social media strategy. That includes guiding content strategy for social channels including: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and Vine. It also includes collaborating with cross-functional internal teams to: align social strategies with marketing and web strategies, deliver positive social customer care experiences, promote product and feature launches, amplify sponsorship investments and secure legal approvals.

Partnered with the Cricket sponsorship team to amplify ROI and drive brand awareness with social tactics. Hosted Twitter Takeovers with Kelly Clarkson, Queen Latifah and Enrique Iglesias. Launched a Periscope Q&A with Jake Miller. Spearheaded national surprise and delight campaigns to drive brand awareness and advocacy by providing fans with tickets to concerts and events.
